I always find the rooms lovely and spacious. That's why i've stayed for years. the staff are always friendly and helpful to me and my beloved. i appreciate the ample free parking and easy check-in. my steak was cooked perfectly. the spa, swimming pool, and gym have multiple treatment rooms i look forward to using.

The creaking floorboards upstairs were quite loud. It slightly disturbed the peace, but i managed.

my partner and i celebrated my birthday with a lovely overnight stay (it was a great surprise). we received an upgrade to an executive suite and the bed was very comfortable. we enjoyed the swimming pool and the restaurant offered a good experience. the staff were friendly, though checkout was brief, it didn't detract from the overall stay.

the gym equipment was a bit outdated and could benefit from upgrades.

my heart was light , and i felt especially cared for. the pool and sauna were a true haven, and everything felt so new and clean. dinner was good too, the restaurant felt airy and bright. the staff were friendly.

the blinds in the room allowed too much light, i found it affected my sleep. the floors had a creak, i found it a little bothersome, especially at night. i would have appreciated thicker curtains and quieter floors.

the staff were friendly. breakfast included a very good choice. the bar offered a good selection of draught beers. it was a convenient location for attending an event at oakwell hall. the staff were helpful and efficient at all times, i thought.

I found the hotel somewhat dated beyond reception. Passageways to rooms seemed like a labyrinth. the room became hot, and a tiny window offered little relief, without a desk fan or ceiling fan.

The room was a good size. It was also well equipped. I found the free pool lovely. The sauna seemed spanking new too.

One ground floor room lacked a blind. This meant it got hot at night.
